Hertford Street is a private members' club based in an 18th-century Grade II listed building in the heart of Mayfair. Comprising 10 individual properties alongside a central courtyard, it’s a club that offers some of the most luxurious, prestigious memberships in London.

We worked alongside the client team and architects to reconstruct works on the upper levels of 8 of the properties, bringing the smaller, 18th-Century spaces into more usable, modern, and spacious footprints for the club. Our works included renovations to staircases, structural walls, and the external façade, a full fitout of new areas in the members' club, and the addition of a brand new, bespoke roof terrace. All works were carried out with the safety and comfort of club members, adjacent neighbours, and the general public as our priority throughout. Our experience in working with live environments meant that minimal disruption was achieved, without compromising on the technical level of quality we deliver in every project.

Three centuries into their lifespan, the buildings at Hertford Street have a new lease of life, offering members a more modern, tailor-made approach to utility across sections of the club.
