Il Gattopardo is a modern interpretation of Italy’s rich culinary heritage, based in a timeless, intimate venue in the heart of Mayfair.

We collaborated with Dream International and their design team on the refurbishment of an existing retail space, transforming it into one of Mayfair’s most luxurious dining experiences.

Across bespoke joinery, shop front design and build, structural alterations, staircase removal and install, and full M&E works, we controlled the project across many stakeholders and challenges.

Il Gattopardo now sits at the forefront of modern, refreshing Italian dining in one of London’s most esteemed locations. It’s an incredible example of Italian excellence meeting a refined, considered, and unique fit out that leaves a lasting impression on all who dine there.
