The project involves the renovation and fitout of a 550m2 high-end residence split over two floors within an existing grade 1 listed 5-storey building plus basement levels. The aim of the project was to provide a modern, high quality luxury home for a private client.

The works included major structural alterations, soft strip demolition works, new door openings and window alterations, erection of partitions, wall linings and MF ceilings, Raised timber flooring, mechanical, electrical, underground drainage, GRG cornice and mouldings, specialist high-end joinery manufacture and install, bespoke stonework, internal redecoration and FF&E installation.
