Café François

Transporting Borough Yards into Parisian luxury – a classical, relaxed atmosphere for Southwark’s premier new development.

We delivered the fit-out of the shell and core space at Borough Yards for Café François, a new addition to Southwark serving exquisitely presented French classics in a relaxed, casual venue.

The interior fit-out included a complete transformation of the space, incorporating bespoke timber and metal joinery, high-spec floor, wall and ceiling finishes, and new internal walls to define the deli and dining zones. The café’s design is centred on an open, welcoming feel, with a visible first-floor kitchen framed by a glass wall – a striking feature that invites guests to witness the culinary theatre behind the scenes.

Throughout, we collaborated closely with designers, consultants, and the client to deliver a seamless project from initial strip-out to final handover. The result is a beautifully finished, functional space that elevates the Borough Yards hospitality offer, reflecting our continued excellence in delivering complex fitouts in live urban environments.

Café François is proof of our ability to marry technical execution with aesthetic ambition, delivering an environment that is as practical as it is visually compelling.
