Il Gattopardo delivers a refined expression of Italian luxury to the heart of Mayfair, offering a contemporary interpretation of Italy’s rich culinary heritage within a timeless and intimate setting in one of the world’s most prestigious postcodes.

We collaborated closely with Dream International and their client on the refurbishment of an existing retail space, transforming it into one of Mayfair’s most luxurious dining destinations. The project involved numerous site visits, including visits to our 37,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility by representatives from Dream International and the design lead from Dion Et Arles, alongside ongoing coordination with our in-house design team throughout the duration of the works.

A series of in-house mock-ups were produced to refine and demonstrate the required standard of craftsmanship, detailing, and finishing, ensuring complete confidence in both the quality of the final product and the overall project delivery.

Every element was carefully considered to achieve a cohesive and highly refined interior befitting the client’s vision and the prestigious Mayfair location.
Today, Il Gattopardo stands at the forefront of contemporary Italian dining in London, serving as a testament to the level of craftsmanship, collaboration, and attention to detail required to deliver such an exceptional hospitality environment.
