After numerous successful projects with the Royal Opera house, we were appointed to refurbish the existing Restaurant and Bar, Piazza, to Bar Cicoria, a 300-person dining room, bar, and terrace overlooking Covent Garden.

Our frequent collaborators, Russell Sage Studio, designed Cicoria to feel polished without being stiff. The dining room mixes pale woods and marble with soft greens, pinks, and terracotta accents throughout. Amber glass and brushed brass weave through the space, tying the restaurant to the adjoining bar. Stepping outside, you’re transported into Covent Garden’s 17th-century piazza – covered, heated, with low lounge seating and armchairs perfect for cicchetti, spritz, or a Pinot Grigio at any time of day.
